The role of our Site Operations Manager at our Deeside plant is an exciting role for an experience Ops Manager from within Manufacturing looking for a new opportunity. In This Role, You Will: Deliver Quality: Ensure the production plan is met on time and with top-notch quality. Collaborate on Quality: Work with the Quality team to investigate and resolve quality issues, and improve processes to eliminate losses. Track Performance: Collect and ensure accurate performance data, and improve manufacturing, filling, and packaging efficiencies. Reduce Waste: Strive for zero waste by continually reducing losses and managing stock accurately. Manage Team: Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage team performance to achieve factory goals. Drive Improvement: Involve Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operatives in improvement initiatives. Report and Communicate: Prepare reports and participate in meetings, liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Skills and Experience We're Looking For: Education:Degree or relevant experience. Interpersonal Skills:Excellent at influencing, coaching, and negotiating.
