Our client is looking for a highly skilled Sales Negotiator with a proven track record within the New Homes sales industry. You will need to demonstrate your previous New Home Sales experience. This position is for a development in Creswell, Barlborough, Derbyshire, selling a range of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom properties. This is a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Secure the sale of new homes to achieve contract exchanges and legal completions in line with company targets.
2. Utilise sales tools, promotions, and incentives to manage all sales proceedings, including regular contact with customers regarding contract exchange deadlines.
3. Record all visitors' sales and sales of optional extras, providing feedback and reports.
4. Liaise with the Site Manager regarding sales and production issues on site.
5. Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are followed concerning customer access into the construction areas of the development.
6. Compile competitor reports including selling prices and provide feedback to management as required.
