Job Role - Compliance Technologist
Location - Worcestershire
We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of an innovative and fast-growing company within the food and drink industry, looking for a passionate and driven Compliance Technologist to join their technical team. This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate to take their first step into the industry and gain hands-on experience in compliance, food safety, and supplier management.
Responsibilities:
-Play a key role in maintaining supplier documentation and ensuring audit readiness, making sure everything is up to standard.
-Get involved in internal audits to help verify the Quality Management System (QMS).
-Assist the Specification Team in reviewing raw material specifications and updating templates.
-Carry out supplier risk assessments to ensure compliance with BRC and customer requirements.
-Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers by managing queries and providing excellent communication.
About you:
-You have a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
-You have a keen interest in food safety and compliance, with some basic knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
-Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
-You're organized, detail-oriented, and confident working with IT systems.
Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 (Dependent on experience)
