Assistant Manager - Plumbing and Heating Our client is looking to recruit an Assistant Branch Manager to run their site in Mansfield. A great opportunity to join to a leading business in the plumbing and bathroom arena. Main duties & responsibilities: Assist trade customers with their purchases and enquiries Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery Using our ERP to setup customers, manage inventory and submit supplier purchase orders Maintain a clean and organised sales floor Inform customers of sales/promotions to meet targets Liaising with suppliers for support and technical queries Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 7:30 to 5pm with 1 hour lunch. Saturdays are 8am-12pm.
