The Opportunity:
Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for a dedicated Contracts Manager to join our team. In this role, youll be instrumental in managing and expanding our contract hire portfolio, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all operational aspects of our contracts, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
* Implement company processes and procedures to uphold company integrity and maintain vehicle compliance.
* Coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Maximise the use of company facilities to exceed business and customer expectations.
* Monitor customer support functions with ongoing review and updates to improve efficiency.
* Analyse operational and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and P&L benefits.
* Manage engineering costs to meet legal and contractual requirements.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
* Familiarity with the bus and coach or commercial vehicle rental industry.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
* Aunderstanding of heavy vehicle engineering.
* The ability to thrive under pressure.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* A clean driving license.
