* Stakeholder management skills and building client relationship

* Experience in project management and working across wider departments
* A passion for all things food and a background within FMCG/Food

* People management and team coaching experience
* Commercial acumen and ability to interpret market insights
* Comfortable with presentations and proposal writing

* Planning and leading internal and external customer engagement events
* Managing key customer relationships and acting as their go-to contact
* Collaborating with Marketing & Insights teams to enhance customer experience
* Supporting tender submissions and crafting standout business presentations
* Ensuring our offerings stay on trend, competitive, and meet customer needs
* Leading a small team and contributing to the wider business strategy
