Undertaking minor maintenance, compliance checks and associated documentation, repairs as required. We currently have a permanent post to join our team on a Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 3:42pm with 1 hour for lunch. 36 hours per week, based at Maitland Street, Dunfermline. You will earn a competitive salary of £27,087.17 to £29,508.96 per year and have access to a range of benefits, including: Extra payments for any shift work, including weekends. Travel expenses will be paid – we pay 45 pence per mile for staff using their own car. Liaising as required with outside contractors either directly or through property services staff, ensuring (with heads) that contractors have the necessary Public Liability Insurance and they comply with relevant aspects of Health and Safety Legislation. Carrying out prescribed procedures in the event of fire, flooding, accident or damage including liaising with appropriate staff, contractors etc. Responding to problems and resolving issues.
