Location: Finchley
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £26–£30 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a 6-month project involving steelwork, extension, and a shop fit-out.
Requirements:
1. Valid tickets (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS).
2. General construction experience.
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage subcontractors.
2. Oversee programming, health and safety, and project delivery.
