My client is offering an ideal opportunity to join one of the finest property teams in the UK. With their property litigation department acting on matters nationwide, the firm boasts one the largest and most successful teams in this sector who act for high profile and household-name clients. The department is seeking an individual experienced in commercial landlord and tenant matters alongside other residential property disputes.
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Advise on a variety of matters including service charge clauses, s20 and s27A proceedings, matters relating to breaking covenants in long residential leases, forfeiture, leasehold enfranchisement, lease extension's and more.Working on tribunal proceedings and handling projects from start to finish.Working independently where applicable and collaborating with senior team members on complex disputes.Engaging in client development and networking events.
