It's time to get creative! North Star are looking to employ a hardworking and dedicated Level 3 Content Creator apprentice to join their team!
No previous experience is necessary; all they ask is that you have a keen interest in wanting to develop your career opportunities, a willingness to learn, and that you will bring enthusiasm to your role.
In return, they will enable you to develop both personally and professionally, and you will feel empowered to give ideas and provide feedback throughout your time with us. All of which will equip you with the skills needed to be work-ready by the end of your placement with them.
As a content creator apprentice, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for social media, updating the company website, creating offline marketing materials, coordinating events, photography, and so much more to enhance your skills to reach your true potential!

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our small PR team to support our vision for all communications, branding, and social media.
You will be responsible for social media activity, ensuring customers are at the heart of the messaging. We will have a new website for you to work with and are looking to push boundaries in how we approach our social media and website content.
We are looking for someone who will work collaboratively with colleagues and customers, turn ideas into actions, deliver factual and creative material, and create compelling social media campaigns.
You will be hands-on, driven, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

A Typical Day in the Job:
* Further develop and deliver their approach to digital and social media.
* Day-to-day content creation for North Star social media accounts, including creating and publishing content.
* Maintain a strong organisational visual branding that promotes their values and corporate messages.
* Day-to-day updating of the North Star website, ensuring compliance with Consumer Standards and keeping the website up to date with information and news for their customers and stakeholders.
* Coordinate photography to accompany stories and establish our photographic library, using external suppliers.
* Provide support and publicity materials for in-house events and community/resident involvement events.
* Assist with open events to showcase new schemes and developments.
* Assist in the organisation and administration of internal and external events.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
* Salary - £12,430 per annum (inclusive of £780 travel costs per annum for 12 months)
* Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
* After 12 months, salary will rise to National minimum wage for age.
* 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
* Additional 3 Days between Christmas and New Year Annual Leave

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
* Curiosity to learn and develop.

* Passionate about content creation.
* Grade 4/C in English and 5/C in Maths GCSE.

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification, and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content Creator.
