Our client is an established Leeds based contractor, who deliver new build and refurb projects across sectors such as commercial, industrial, education and health
They are seeking to recruit a permanent Site Manager to lead an exciting £4m project for one of their key clients, located in Nottingham.
This position is particularly suited for someone residing in South Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate will have;
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a strong emphasis on managing projectsin the millions
* Background in theBuild sector with a robust understanding of site operations and management
* Ability to manage and coordinate on-site teams while maintaining a keen focus on health, safety, and compliance standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
* Strong organisational skills, adept at managing timelines, budgets, and resources
* Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, etc.)
