Contract Role: 6 Months
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team and support a large-scale organisational restructure and safety-critical data migration project. This is a key role for someone with extensive experience in managing complex data migration initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support organisational restructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Oversee and contribute to safety-critical data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
* Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful data migration from legacy systems.
* Utilize Oracle applications and systems for business process improvements and data management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in organisational restructures from a BA perspective.
* Strong background in safety-critical data migration.
* Experience working with Oracle applications and data migration projects.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Utilities experience desired but not mandatory
