You will travel to new store locations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful openings. From hiring and training store staff to setting up operational processes, you'll help create smooth, high-energy store launches that set the tone for our ongoing success. What You'll Do Travel: Travel extensively to new store locations, sometimes on short notice, spending several weeks on-site to support each launch. Store Set-Up: Lead the end-to-end store opening process, including inventory setup, merchandising, and store layout planning. Operational Readiness: Ensure each new location meets company standards in operations, merchandising, and customer service by Day 1. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical, staffing, or operational issues that arise during the opening process. Leadership by Example: Motivate and lead by setting a positive example, ensuring the store team understands and embraces our values and culture. What You Bring Experience: 3 years of management experience. Skills: Communication, and organizational skills, with a talent for people development. Travel Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time) and work flexible hours. Attributes: High energy, adaptability, resilience, and a hands-on, problem-solving attitude.
