We are now looking for a Head of Year at Maiden Erlegh School in Reading.
The successful candidate will lead and manage their year group by adopting and modelling a positive, solution-focused approach to work which puts maximising students' life chances first. You will join a strong team of Heads of Year, as well as working with well-formed pastoral, inclusion and safeguarding teams.
