The Role: As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school’s IT systems. Your responsibilities will include: Providing first-line IT support to staff and students. Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software. Ensuring the security and integrity of the school’s IT network. Assisting with the setup and maintenance of classroom technology, including interactive whiteboards and projectors. Managing user accounts and resolving access issues. Supporting the IT Manager in the implementation of new systems and projects. What We’re Looking For: A good understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software. Experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in an educational setting. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and flexible attitude towards work.
