We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and personable to join our fantastic Front of House team as a Venue Host Supervisor. As a department that is open 7 days a week from 6.30am to 11pm, full flexibility to work 5 out of the 7 days is required.
You’ll be checking our guests in and out, answering any queries they may have and being the face of our property. Ultimately, you will be helping our guests to have a positive and memorable experience. Your main focus will be to look after our customers and provide excellent customer service. You may also be required to support in other areas of the business.
This role will also require you to undertake Duty Management shifts.
