As a Vantage Account Executive, you'll be a vital part of WPP's leading client satisfaction programme, Vantage. You'll ensure the smooth running of this game-changing initiative by supporting both internal teams and external clients.
Your Impact:
* Onboarding Expert: Guide new users through onboarding, providing clear instructions and training.
* Data Storyteller: Analyse program data and create insightful reports that demonstrate Vantage's value.
* Project Support: Assist the Account Management team on special projects, showcasing your adaptability.
* Process Improver: Identify opportunities to enhance program efficiency and contribute to Vantage's evolution.
Your Support:
* Technical Guide: Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless experience.
* Access Manager: Handle user access requests, ensuring data security and compliance.
* Communication Pro: Manage incoming inquiries professionally, escalating complex issues when needed.
About You:
* Excellent communicator: You convey complex information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
* Highly organised: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Analytical: You extract meaningful insights from data and present them in a clear and compelling way.
* Tech-savvy: You're proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable with databases and dashboards.
* Team player: You collaborate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solver: You identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Ideally, you'll have:
* Experience in a client-facing or administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and survey platforms.
* An understanding of agency structures and workflows.
