Temporary Accommodation Manager
My client is currently looking for an experienced Temporary Accommodation Manager who can provide leadership within the Housing Solutions team and manage one of five front line service areas, including line management of staff delivering front line services.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the customer-focused, efficient and effective delivery of the services within the Temporary Accommodation and Resettlement service.
2. Provide leadership within the Temporary Accommodation and Resettlement service and manage one of three service areas, including line management of staff delivering these services.
3. Monitor own budgets, control spending, and achieve savings targets.
4. Monitor contracts for the delivery of external services.
5. Be responsible for staffing budgets.
6. Work with the Head of Temporary Accommodation and Resettlement to take responsibility for effective administrative processes across the service areas, maximizing efficiency from interaction between teams.
