We’re looking for an enthusiastic Learning and Development Coordinator to provide support with all administrative aspects relating to the Learning and Development function, to implement and evaluate learning and development programmes across the business and to contribute to the growth of our people and business.
Organise and manage induction programs for new starters – working alongside the HR team with regards to onboarding
Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and support face-to-face and online training
Assist in coordinating apprenticeship programs, work experience and learning interventions
Collaborate with the Learning Advisor on key learning events and projects.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong IT skills and ability to use databases and systems effectively
Practical knowledge of Apprenticeship Levy funding rules
CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards)
Experience of other learning technologies including video, audio, infographics
