An average day as a Workshop Controller…
* Ensuring a safe workshop environment per HSO requirements.
* Planning work distribution considering skill levels.
* Managing workshop resources and monitoring efficiencies to meet targets and KPIs.
* Coordinating between workshop and reception regarding vehicle progress.
* Supporting the Service Manager with daily duties.
* Performing quality control in the workshop.
* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships.
* Handling customer issues professionally and promptly.
