We have an exciting opportunity for a confident HR Advisor to join a successful, growing business in Weybridge. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the office and 3 days a week working from home.
Working closely with the HR Manager within a HR team of 5, this is a generalist role where you will provide HR advice and support to all employees on a broad range of people related matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. First point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, procedures etc
2. Assist HR Manager in managing employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievance processes, sickness & absence, performance management, organisational change and more
3. Assist with TUPE processes and undertake consultations with employees
4. Provide advice and guidance on pay and reward structures and facilitate job evaluation processes where appropriate
5. Support performance management and reward activities
6. Support with Learning & Development including coordinating regular legislation update training and soft skills training
7. Prepare reports for management when requested using HR metrics
8. Benefits administration including new joiners, leavers, updates, employee queries
9. Conduct probation and exit interviews, prepare a summary of feedback, help make and action recommendations for continuous improvements
10. Assisting with HR projects as required

The successful candidate will:
1. Have previous Generalist HR experience
2. Be CIPD qualified to level 5 or possess equivalent experience
