Designs and executes marketing and sales strategies, policies and programs for company products. Prospects, develops, expands and maintains business. Strategically position product offerings to maximize revenue. Respond to proposal requests from customers and develops proposals for presentation to customers. Perform forecasting for respective channel, customer group, or territory. Role Definition Expand the customer base, and maintain and develop customer relationship on a long-term basis through adequate Key Account Management. Develop and execute growth plans in a defined geographic region, while achieving long-term growth and increased levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Plan and establish goals and objectives, with direct impact on the immediate or short-term operational results of the work area. Resolve customer opportunities by investigating problems; developing solutions and making recommendations to management. relationship with key distributors/installers to assist them to meet their sales and business targets. Set account and territory plans on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Educate distributor branch personnel on products and marketing programs. Examine customer sales and market conditions to identify opportunities. Negotiate prices within the established procedure to ensure profitable sales orders. Communicates with parties within and outside of own department, which may include external customers or vendors. Coordinate, communicate and liaise with appropriate headquarters staff and Marketing and Post Sales Departments. Knowledge & Skills required: Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business. Min. 5 years of related experience in sales and/or account management. Fluent English. Familiarity with web based delivery systems & multiservice network technologies. Proven sales record in a security technology environment. High energy with solid communication and interpersonal skills, as well as leadership ability. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Ability to "get things done" / "Can Do" attitude. We are looking for a "hunter" Customer focused.
