Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to coordinate both our Dynamic Support Register and our Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews within the Bradford district, specifically, children with a learning disability and/or autism.
You will be working as part of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team in Bradford/Airedale.
CAMHS has a range of different services meeting the needs of children aged 0 - 18.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will hold the Care, Education and Treatment (CETR) register for Bradford District Care Foundation Trust. They will arrange and coordinate CETRs in Bradford (Children's Services), alongside the Transforming Care Coordinator.
They will coordinate Dynamic Support Register (DSR) and chair the meetings. They will provide education and training around CETRs and DSR for adult services within BDCFT
The post holder will also provide data and information to meet national reporting requirements and in support of the Transforming Care Partnership Board via a monthly CETR report
The post holder will be required to based at Fieldhead House, 2-8 St Martin's Avenue, Bradford though will be required to travel. (see job description for full details)

1. Evidence of education at degree level

4. Educated to degree level or relevant professional knowledge and experience
5. Significant experience in specialist area
6. Detailed knowledge of mental health legislation and other relevant policy and statutory guidance
Desirable
7. Significant knowledge and experience of working with people with learning disabilities and autism.
8. Experience of working within forensic settings, CAMHS services, CMHT's and/or learning disability services.
9. Experience of planning with families and people with learning disabilities and or autism
10. Car driver with own vehicle
