The Position: At binx health, we are emerging leaders within the In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) industry with a best in market solution. We are seeking to recruit a proactive, driven and results orientated Senior Project Manager to join our growing organisation. You will lead a wide range of projects across the organisation spanningnew product development to operations and continuous improvement as we continue to expand our commercial footing. The leadership, organisational guidance, and hands-on support that you will provide, will be vital to driving business growth and success. Responsibilities: Ownership of complex projects that require analysis, problem solving and stakeholder management at all levels. Determine and define project scope and objectives with project sponsors, continue to develop project management reporting tools and communication strategies. Forecast material and human resource requirements to deliver successful projects, working with dept leaders to balance priorities and cater for unplanned tasks. Prepare project budgets, monitor and report with financial approval. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and plan of works, reporting to senior management and departments in an effective and time efficient way. Provide consistent project communications to stakeholders at all levels. Manage internal and external customers in a confident and professional manner. Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire Project Life Cycle. Monitor progress and raise escalations to the Project Executive/Program Lead as appropriate. Employ analytical skills to measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and manage delay. Provide guidance to project leadership on problem solving, conflict resolution and accelerating project execution. Deliver Project Subject Matter Expert (SME) level guidance to internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Additional tasks may be assigned at manager’s discretion. Education, Experience and Demonstrated Skills: Degree level qualification (Scientific, Engineering or Business preferred). Proven track record in problem solving within technical environments and disseminating complex information into an organised state. A minimum of 6 years working as a Project Manager or Senior Manager in support of a Program Lead, Head or PMO or Project Director. Direct experience coordinating personnel and material resources. Ability to maintain and distribute appropriate information to project stakeholders. Ability to create, coordinate, and maintain multiple project plans and to control or respond to changes in direction and scope. Competent user of project management software and proven track record of optimisation and continuous improvement. Able to present in person and over virtual platforms. Working within a regulated (preferably ISO13485) environment advantageous.
