FM Conway is currently seeking an IT Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will support the IT Coordinator with procurement, invoice management, inventory maintenance, and timely license renewals. Additional responsibilities include assisting with report preparation, check printing, and various daily tasks to ensure efficient IT operations. This is a full-time, permanent position located at our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.
The duties of the IT Administrator role will include:
- Scheduling and managing regular purchase requisitions for the IT department
- Assisting with the processing and reconciliation of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Supporting the management of IT inventory levels and stock
- Assisting with maintaining the IT databases and ensuring information is up to date
- Creating and running IT Reports
- Supporting other team members with their workload as required
What skills and experience do you need?
We are looking for a passionate IT Administrator with strong communication and customer service skills, thrives in high-pressure situations and works effectively as part of a team. Experience in IT procurement, helpdesk support, and project management is desirable. You may be required to attend site visits therefore, a driving licence is essential for this role.
