Description
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:
Playing a vital role in the implementation of People strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy during change cycles.
Supporting business needs through development, engagement, motivation and retention.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Providing support for People Team initiatives, bringing a solution focused mindset.
Partnering closely with line managers to build strong relationships and provide sound advice on People related queries.Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
Demonstrable experienced working as a People Business Partner in previous role/s
Experience working within a large, global organisation
Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
Dynamic approach
