Morrison Water Services is recruiting for a Planning and Customer Team Leader to work on our Welsh Water waste contract in Bodelwyddan.
As the Planning and Customer Team Leader you will be part of our Waste Water department who are responsible for delivering a 24/7 quality service to Welsh Water and their customers;
The Planning and customer team leader will ensure that the Team operates efficiently across each of the contract disciplines & that the tasks teams are planned productively to ensure the client’s standards of service are met at all times.
As the Planning and Customer Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
- Management off schedulers to ensure that the operational teams are planned efficiently
- Ensure customers are updated at every stage of the job as the customer experience feeds into the clients CMEX results
- Develop the teams capabilities by setting internal targets
- Manage holidays and absences to ensure delivery of service 24/7
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Working to tight deadlines and target driven to enable KPIs to be met, this would involve monitoring and reviewing reports as well as live data
- Customer focused and able to build relationships with customers, client and senior management
- Committed to continuous improvement
Additional Information
- SAP experience would be helpful but not essential
