This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career as a Graduate Spacecraft Operations Engineer, playing a key role in real-world space missions—from Low Earth Orbit (LEO) to Geostationary Orbit (GEO) and beyond. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the entire mission lifecycle, from early spacecraft testing to live operations and troubleshooting, all within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: Learn from Experts – Work closely with experienced engineers to understand spacecraft operations and mission planning. Support Mission Preparation – Assist in defining mission concepts (CONOPS), testing spacecraft systems, and preparing for launch. Operate Spacecraft – Help execute mission procedures, monitor spacecraft performance, and ensure smooth operations. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting – Support anomaly investigations and contribute to maintaining mission success. Customer & Ground Support – Provide assistance to customers and learn how to operate ground station infrastructure. International Collaboration – Work with global teams, with potential travel opportunities for mission-critical phases.What We’re Looking For: A degree in space engineering, aerospace, physics, or a related field. A strong understanding of orbital mechanics, spacecraft systems, and RF communications (university project experience is a plus). A keen problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure. A team player with strong communication skills.
