Swimming Lead Coach 20 per hour Please note that this is a zero hours contract About the Role As the Lead Swimming Coach for NTU, you will play a key role in guiding the NTU Swimming Club to success, whether athletes are just starting or competing at a high level. This position involves designing and delivering structured group and individual training programs, creating an environment where swimmers can develop and excel. You will lead and advise the club's volunteer lesson leaders, working together to ensure a positive and supportive atmosphere. Additionally, you ll collaborate with club committees to organise selection events and introductory sessions, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all members.
