We are seeking an exceptional Trust Marketing Officer to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the marketing and branding strategy across our multi-academy trust, ensuring effective communication and engagement with all our stakeholders.
Hours of work: 37 hours per week full year QUEST are happy to discuss flexible / reduced hours and working weeks.
Base: Flexible working offered to meet the needs of the role
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan to promote the QUEST brand and its schools
* Manage the trust's digital presence, including website, social media, and other online channels
* Create engaging content, such as newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials, to showcase the achievements and unique offerings of our schools
* Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of trust-wide events, including open days, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement activities
* Analyse data and provide insightful reports to inform decision-making and measure the impact of marketing initiatives
* Collaborate with school leaders and the central team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across the trust
* Provide photography and videography support to capture the vibrant life of our schools
Qualifications and Experience:
* Educated to A-level or higher, with minimum GCSE English and Maths
* Experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the education sector
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
* Strong project management and event planning skills
* Proficient in using digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, website content management, and data analytics
* Creativity and a flair for visual design
Desirable Qualities:
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Passion for education and a commitment to supporting the growth and development of our schools
* Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including school leaders, teachers, and the local community
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
