1.The Department
The Ticketing department are the team responsible for the sale and delivery of all season tickets and matchday tickets across both Premier League, WSL and U23 fixtures. In addition, bookings for away travel, soccer schools and stadium tours are fulfilled by the department, and we provide a central contact point for fan enquiries.
2.The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Tour Guide to work within our Ticketing Team based at Villa Park. The role will be responsible for leading groups through various locations, attractions on a Stadium Tour, providing an informative narrative about the Club adding historical or cultural context to help visitors better appreciate their Stadium Tour experience.

3.The Person
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a Tour Guide, and act as an ambassador for the Club who will welcome tour groups around the stadium. Leading groups, answering visitors’ questions, stopping at points of interest, describing architecture, history, or tales of interest. You will have the ability to use a mix of expert knowledge and humor and deliver content with an injection of your own creative flair.
Ideally you will have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and be able to pay close attention to detail and have a desire to provide exceptional customer service. You will have passion and enthusiasm for providing unforgettable visitor experiences to ensure that visits to the stadium are memorable ones.
This role will require you to work flexibly including matchdays, evenings and weekends.
