Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator at Shachihata in Runcorn. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales operations, coordinating with customers, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, and driving sales initiatives within the company.
Duties:
Including but not exhaustive
Essential:
• Processing sales orders and queries, for both UK and European Distributors -
Invoicing goods and arranging shipments.
• Administration, including organising folders, files and updating our database,
build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts, Identify and
assess customers’ needs and resolve issues.
• Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives follow
up to ensure resolution is achieved
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file
documents
• Working closely with supporting and assisting the Sales, Marketing, Production
and Warehouse department ensuring information is organised, distributed and
input to our system in an appropriate manner. Your daily routine will vary
depending on where work is required, you could do anything from data input,
assisting marketing and warehouse departments, to taking part in customer
promotions and events.
• Must be computer literate and capable of using Microsoft applications,
including XL and confident with other CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, numeracy and presentation skills
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• You’ll be expected to keep up-to-date with all the latest products and
promotions so you can explain it to customers who may be interested.
Qualifications
• Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and Sales skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and objectives
• Experience in the stationery or art supplies industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field is a plus.

Hours of work: 38hrs weekly - Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm and Friday, 8:30am - 3pm.
Salary is dependent on knowledge and experience.
