CALA Homes West Ltd are looking to recruit a part-time Receptionist/Office Co-Ordinator (17hours per week) to join the team and assist with the management of a busy office in McLellan Works at Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow. The role is offered on a job share basis and as such, you will work alternate days full time in the office on a 2 weekly basis, with the expectation to cover holiday periods on a full-time basis working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Your main responsibility is to deal with all incoming calls via Teams telephony along with meeting and greeting visitors. Other responsibilities include opening and distributing mail and ensuring the Office Admin team attend to departmental mail, overseeing the operation of the GoBright desk booking system for staff, having an oversight of all meeting bookings and ensuring the office space is kept in an acceptable manner, creating a welcoming space and ensuring the wellbeing of staff and visitors. You will also support other regional staff and visitors in relation to any travel and accommodation requirements. You will be required to provide exceptional customer care to all internal and external staff and customers and also provide administrative support to the PA to Managing Director and Office Manager, as required. You will also be expected to cover on a full-time basis for any holiday periods or required illness cover for your job-share partner, split between office based and home working. About You You should have a good working knowledge of all MS 365 Office products and approach the role with enthusiasm. You should have an eye for detail and operate in an accurate and organised manner and be capable of meeting deadlines. It is important that you display a courteous manner at all times to visitors and colleagues. You should have experience of dealing with a variety of tasks simultaneously, whilst remaining calm and in control and be willing to develop the role to meet your own and the business requirements. Job Share Details: Week 1 - Monday/Tuesday 8.30am till 5.30pm with 45mins for lunch.
