Working pattern: Variable hours contract 25 - 30.5 per week, spread over 5 working days, Monday to Friday. Hours per week to be discussed at interview
Salary: Grade 4, Level 1 - 4 (£24,335 - £25,503 p.a.) reduced pro rata to £17,224 - £18,051, calculated on 30.5 hours
The Role:
We are looking to recruit a General Teaching Assistant to work with students with additional needs and deliver specific interventions with groups and individuals. This post would be a good opportunity for candidates who are considering the teaching profession
You will join an enthusiastic team to provide a high standard of support to students through the course of their school day here at The Joseph Rowntree School. You will work under the direction of the teacher/team leaders to undertake work, care and support programmes, to enable access to learning and to assist the teachers in delivering the curriculum.
