As the Account Executive on the Social Media team, you will play a vital role in crafting and executing social media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of luxury clients in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and arts & culture. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and account teams, leveraging your expertise in social media management to support the delivery of organic and paid social media strategies for our brands. You are passionate about all things social media and digital marketing, with strong interests across the cultural landscape and sectors including travel, hospitality, lifestyle, fashion & beauty. Experience with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Google, and Pinterest is a bonus, ideally gained in an agency environment. Key areas of responsibility include: Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts across our client portfolio. Content Planning: Develop and maintain content calendars to guide social media activity. Paid Social: Support the delivery of Paid Social Media campaigns Campaign Ideation and Delivery: Assist in brainstorming, creating, and executing innovative social media campaigns that align with client goals and maintain a high standard of quality. Reporting and Analytics: Compile and deliver weekly and monthly social media performance reports to monitor progress and inform future activities. Strategy & Creativity You’ll contribute to client strategies and campaigns by: Contributing to seasonal strategies and ideation for client campaigns. Staying on the pulse of culturally relevant trends and opportunities. Participating in brainstorming sessions and proposing innovative solutions. Providing strategic recommendations based on campaign performance. Operational Excellence You’ll support smooth campaign execution by: Coordinating, track, report and present on all paid and organic campaign results Compiling meeting agendas & minutes Requirements Minimum 1 year in a similar role Understanding of Social Media Platforms paid social activity: Familiarity with key platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Creative Skills: Basic working knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro for assisting with content creation. Content production: Ability to shoot photo and video on iPhone Industry Knowledge: Interest or experience in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail sectors. Analytical Mindset: Proactive approach to analysing social media performance and contributing insights and reporting. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for working effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Team Player: Confident and personable, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while managing solo tasks independently.
