About the team Our national employer services team support our clients to better run their payroll functions and to ensure they are compliant with UK employee legislation. Our successful team of more than 60 payroll professionals are well-established as a known payroll bureau, and we are now planning to add HR services into our offering to continue being able to meet all of our client's needs. About the role To provide seamless, effective and proactive administrative support to our payroll services function. To continually seek ways to make full use of technology to improve processes and efficiency. This is a part-time role of 21 hours per week, these hours are flexible and your working pattern can be set in a manner that works for you. Preferably based in our Sutton office, although London applicants also welcome. You will be required to attend the office a minimum of 1 day per week. Work within agreed standard ways of working and key performance indicators Provide support for the day to day administration required within the employer services team. Including supporting with billing process, generating new client paperwork, ongoing maintenance of our client data and providing admin support with projects. Provide a point of contact for new payroll services clients and direct their queries to the correct team member Taking notes and actions from meetings when requested Organisation of meeting locations and attendees Administration duties as directed by the National Payroll Co-ordinator Prepare, format and amend documents as required ensuring that documents are produced in compliance with the firm's house style, to include letters, reports, presentations and accounts, making full use of standard templates and Adobe Sign This role will not complete any payroll or HR legislation process for clients What are we looking for?
