Social Media Manager

We are on the hunt for a data-driven Social Media Manager to join forces with a premium beauty brand that boasts a fiercely loyal, cult-like following.
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a dynamic social strategy to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
Overseeing the social media team, you will work closely with content creators, digital influencers, brand collaborators, and internal departments to ensure maximum visibility and impact across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Design and execute a social media growth strategy, leveraging insights and trends to increase brand exposure, engagement, and audience reach across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest.
* Develop and expand influencer partnerships and content collaborations, selecting creators who align with the brand’s vision to enhance credibility and audience reach.
* Supervise and guide the social media team, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives align with the overall digital strategy and are executed effectively.
* Track and interpret key social media analytics, using performance data to fine-tune strategies, improve engagement, and boost audience retention.
* Leverage user-generated content, social collaborations, and e-commerce integrations to strengthen brand credibility, drive conversions, and enhance the digital shopping experience.
Requirements:
* Experience managing social media accounts within the beauty, fashion, or e-commerce industries.
* Expertise in platform algorithms, audience engagement tactics, and content trends across major social channels.
* Proficiency in social media management software (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).
* Ability to analyse social media performance data, track key metrics, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
* Experience coordinating with internal teams and managing partnerships with influencers and external collaborators.
