Salary: £21,002.80 – 22,404.20 (including weekend bonus) dependent on experience and qualifications

We are looking for people with a passion for working with young people.
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but not essential as we are able to offer the training and support required. We provide a full induction.
At Aran Hall School we provide 52 week residential care with education for young people with a range of learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders, both with associated challenging behaviour.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that each young person is supported and cared for throughout the night in accordance with the highest professional standards, policies and procedures of the school. The successful applicant will join a small team and have the ability to work under pressure and be able to show commitment to the well-being of the young people.
A bonus payment of £1,500 will be payable to new care staff (Support Worker grade only) who join us with a relevant qualification (terms & conditions apply)
