Procurement Manager The Procurement Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of successful supply chain solutions for GWS integrated facilities management clients. In our FM delivery model, a significant portion of work is subcontracted, and these services are a core part of our proposition. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience of sourcing solutions, cost and savings plans for the in-scope services. They will have a track record of balanced business management that combines competitive savings goals with realistic and risk-mitigated plans that deliver on-time and on-budget. An excellent listener and collaborator who can align the directions, goals, and demands of (a) clients, (b) our sales team, and (c) our market-leading category managers and sourcing leadership. Importantly, the individual will also be a strong writer, have the ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects at the same time, being a good cost analyst, and capable presenter who can articulate their solutions and services to our clients and teams. Responsibilities -Supporting and creating winning, bespoke proposals that leverage the best of CBRE's supply chain and category management practice -Working with the Solutions Teams to review client RFPs including spend, scope, and SLA information -Work to understand client objectives and CBRE differentiators within the competitive environment and build out CBRE differentiators. -Collaborate with in country supply chain teams and strategic sourcing to develop a comprehensive supply chain strategy for clients, including sourced categories, category strategies, savings commitments, service improvement ideas, and transition/implementation plan -Work within CBRE proprietary pricing processes and tools -Communicate the supply chain solution in a compelling manner via written proposal materials, Q&A responses, and presentations -Champion the Supply Partner Program and ensure hard landings on all new clients -Develop achievable yet competitive financial and service commitments, and a workable plan to meet them Person Specification -Experience in procurement/transition of facility management services and supplies -Strong Excel skills -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Pricing experience CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
