Description
Secure the sales plan realization by retaining and growing profitable accounts and strengthening customer engagement as defined in the Customer & Sales coverage model and strategy. Customer relationships will be built by using a multi-contact and online approach adhering to customer preferences.
Responsibilities
* Outbound calls to existing customers in order to generate (additional) sales;
* Pro-active sale of our products and services as well as the implementation of customer campaigns in coordination with the Marketing department in order to achieve our sales goals;
* Contact person for our medium-sized customers in the region via phone and email;
* Analysis of purchasing behavior (e.g. sales/margin, potential)
* Sharing product inquiries and updating customer data;
* Creation of customer-specific offers;
* Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular contact.
Qualifications
1. Relevant experience in a service or sales oriented position is an advantage
2. Minimum vocational level of working and thinking
3. Relevant professional experience in telephone sales
4. You are a strong communicator at various levels
5. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
