Job summary An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administration Assistant to join the South locality admin team within the Doncaster Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Care Group.We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Assistant, who wants to participate and contribute to achieving excellent quality of care for our patients. In return for this commitment, we will support and develop your potential and skills through regular supervision and development in this busy role within our friendly Trust. There may, at times, be a need to travel between various locations, it would be an advantage if the successful applicant is either a car driver or able to be independently mobile. If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 3apprenticeship qualification [relevant to your role]. As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification. Main duties of the job Provide a senior confidential, quality administrative service to an identified branch of services within the Care Group To communicate effectively, accurately and professionally, applying discretion and empathy where necessary, with written, telephone and face to face contact, with patients, service users, visitors, other Trust staff and external agencies Have an understanding/knowledge and be able to work towards the KPI's and targets set by the commissioner Provide and receive routine information to work colleagues and clients.
