Project Manager Based West Yorkshire (Travel UK) £45,000 - £50,000 Our client is looking to expand their current team due to increased order books. They are a fit out contractor primarily working within the retail fit out sector. Project values are up to £1m. As a fit out contractor projects are based all over the UK so you will be required to travel and stay over due to site locations. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the end to end management of projects, ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to align project goals and monitor progress. Role & Responsibilities : Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects from inception to completion Manage various contractors across multiple skill sets across all projects Work closely with the in-house design team for all fit out projects Delivering multiple projects across the UK Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables involving all relevant stakeholders Develop and manage project timelines, budgets and resources Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues Collaborative with cross-functionally teams to achieve projects objectives Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment Conduct project reviews and prepare detailed reports What you need : The Project Manager must have previous experience within the retail fit out sector. You will need a minimum CSCS Gold, White or Black Card, SMSTS.
