The Company: I m working with a leading family-owned regional building contractor with a strong reputation for delivering projects up to GBP10m across the Education, Healthcare, Housing, Commercial, Leisure, and Industrial sectors. Due to securing a planned maintenance contract in the housing sector, across the South Lakes, they have asked us to source a Site Manager to oversee the work.
Requirements / Reasons to Apply:
1. Proven experience in Site Management, specifically within planned maintenance.
2. Track record of delivering successful projects for local authorities or housing associations.
3. Ideally, you will be based in Cumbria or North Lancashire and can commute around The South Lakes on a daily basis.
4. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related discipline.
