The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a supportive and cohesive team of 15 in Birmingham, where a strong business culture fosters collaboration and professional growth. This dynamic environment is ideal for self-starters eager to learn, contribute, and advance within the organisation.
You'll gain experience working on a varied portfolio of projects across sectors including Industrial, Residential, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Leisure, and Retail. Project sizes typically range from £5m to £30m, with some larger schemes reaching up to £m.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:
1. Previous experience within a UK Construction Consultancy, ideally 1-2 years minimum
2. A RICS accredited Degree Qualification
3. Confident and positive demeanor
4. Eager to engage in the APC process and become a Chartered Surveyor
5. Client-facing and driven
6. Willing to travel to a variety of exciting schemes across all the sectors
