JOB DESCRIPTION: Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive
Reporting to our Sales Director, as our Account Manager, youll be responsible for building strong, long:lasting relationships with some of our key clients, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services.
Youll work closely with senior stakeholders and support the growth of existing accounts while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
This is a varied role, where you will need to have the flexibility and desire to travel internationally and not work typical office hours, but, we will work with you to ensure your work:life balance is achieved through our flexible working plan
A normal day will include:
A Account management: Youll manage, nurture, and grow a portfolio of existing clients, building strong relationships and working to expand business within these accounts. These clients range from A GBP 2,500 to A GBP 100,000 per year : with your growth comes the opportunity to look after some of our bigger accounts.
A New business development: Youll actively seek out new opportunities, prospecting potential customers and driving the growth of the business. We have lots of lapsed clients who we need someone to reconnect with. Its not unusual for our sales cycle to last 18 months.
A Regional, national and international travel: We have already mentioned it, but you will need to be able to travel internationally : some of our recent trips have included Las Vegas, Barcelona and Mumbai.
A Sales process management: Understand customer requirements and communicate them in formal quotations : owning the process through to receipt of purchase orders and handover to the delivery team.
A Networking and trade shows: With support, identify key networking events and trade shows both in the UK and around the world. Arrange meetings with key delegates and follow up with them post:event.

As a successful Account Manager, youll have worked in a sales environment previously, but dont worry if you dont have experience in our specific industry : were committed to teaching you everything you need to know.
Whats most important is youll be pro:active, self motivated and not afraid to make decisions, take action and on the rare occasion you make a mistake, you learn from it.

A A proven track record of success within sales and business development : youll be able to demonstrate evidence of how youve grown existing accounts.
