As a Trade Category Manager, you will be spearheading the growth and profitability. Drive product portfolio success, develop compelling presentations, and lead market analysis. Your strategic acumen will shape our brand’s global presence, making a lasting impact. Work independently, managing budgets, and foster collaborative partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop innovative strategies to elevate Net Sales Value (NSV) and profitability across Global Export regions.
2. Optimises the product portfolio for sustained growth.
3. Implements data-driven decisions for New Product Developments (NPDs) and portfolio optimisation.
4. Collaborates with Area Managers to refine the product mix for increased revenue.
5. Analyses markets, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
6. Fosters collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for market development.
7. Participates in distributor sales meetings to drive product awareness and sales.
8. Generates actionable reports and collaborates with local teams to enhance business performance.
9. Leads the Innovation Process and drives the use of digital asset management tools.
10. Maintains master data and image databases for export product categories.
11. Oversees website maintenance for effective brand representation.
12. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support operative of brands and product segments.
