Unqualified Science Specialist/Cover Teacher
Protocol Education are working with a local school in the area to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Science specialist to join their teams. We are looking for individuals who carry a passion for Science, working with young people and making a positive impact on their lives and education.
Role Available in Area of: Shrewsbury
Start Date: Easter
Employment Type: Full time - lasting for 4 weeks after the Easter break

Job Duties:
1. Deliver Science lessons, planning not needed, as well as other subjects.
2. Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
3. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance learning.
4. Establish a positive and supportive learning environment.
5. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and student support.
Required Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Science.
Experience:
Proven experience teaching Science at secondary school level is preferred.
Experience working with Children/Young People within education or similar field (coaching, youth work, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent understanding of Science concepts and principles.
Effective classroom management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
