As HR Administrator, you will provide essential support to the HR function, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information efficiently.
To be considered for the role, you will require the following essentials:
1. Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail in an HR-based role
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Ability to work independently and use initiative
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
6. Strong organisational skills and ability to work under time constraints
Within this position, you will also be:
1. Providing general administrative support for the HR team
2. Managing and ordering office supplies
3. Administering site uniform records
4. Maintaining HR databases and records
5. Coordinating sickness and holiday records
6. Assisting Payroll with salary reviews and appraisal processes
7. Supporting employee engagement initiatives
8. Handling documentation for maternity, paternity, and adoption leave
9. Updating and maintaining job descriptions
10. Producing employee letters related to promotions, salary changes, and references
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is GBP25,000 per annum
Monday to Friday
