Our client is a well-established whole seller within the alcohol industry and they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Cheadle team on a 3 month fixed term contract.
Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
* Handling incoming calls & emails from customers
* Processing customers orders
* Processing customer payments
* Liaising with suppliers and couriers to ensure customer orders are delivered within SLA
* Arranging returns, credit notes for the customer
* Complaint handling
Profile
To be successful in this role:
* 1 year experience within customer service, particularly in a telephony based role
* Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
* Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
* Strong IT skills
