Forrest Recruitment are working alongside a well-regarded, small family run business, who have been established for over 15 years. Due to internal movements, they are seeking an experienced Administrator who can also support with Accounts duties, to work alongside the company FC and accounts team. Our client is looking for someone with previous office experience and someone who wants to grow their career over time. You will manage a busy email inbox and support mainly with the Purchase Ledger function. You will provide vital support to the accounts function with duties such as:
1. Providing office administration support
2. Monitoring the email inbox
3. Managing the company accounts ledgers
4. Handling invoice queries
5. Assisting the FC with Financial Admin
6. Updating the Sage 5 system with all financial transaction
7. Dealing with general enquiries
The ideal candidate must have previous administration and accounting experience, be able to adapt to new systems quickly and be able to work as part of a team but also utilise your own initiative.
